Featured projects
A selection of real projects in which I worked as a developer and technical consultant, collaborating with startups and companies to improve their product, their process and their infrastructure. In all of them, the goal has been the same: to reduce friction technique, to speed up the delivery and to build stable solutions, and scalable.

Zendrop (e-commerce /SaaS)
Rearmé the local environment with Docker so that all the devs work as I took deploys automated and “quality gates” with GitHub Actions (lint/tests/build), and performed the integration with Stripe. Now you can accept payments with Stripe, the deployments are repeatable and the onboarding of new devs is faster.
Band Digital agency (web)
As an external consultant, I defined the infrastructure of development, flow and unified work processes: strategy of branches (trunk/GitFlow), code reviews, CI basic, and cadence Agile/Scrum (planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives). Result: more predictability and reduction of lead-time for delivery.
Roteo (startup SaaS)
I helped to incorporate tools of AI in your product: attendees internal support, content generation and semantic search (embeddings). Design of endpoints, security and monitoring. Improves the response time as new features and the “AI-powered” without increasing the computer.
